1. Who sends these messages

Text messages described on this page are sent by Recepta AI Inc. ("Recepta.ai"), 1430 South Dixie Highway, Suite 105-1200, Coral Gables, FL 33146, from phone lines answered by Recepta.ai's automated AI phone assistant. Every message identifies Recepta.ai or the Recepta.ai assistant line you contacted.

2. What you will receive

Messages are conversational and informational: replies to texts you send us, follow-ups to a phone call you had with our AI phone assistant, information you asked for (such as a link, an address, or a tour or appointment confirmation), and status updates on a request you made (such as a service or maintenance request). We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.

3. How you opt in

You opt in by texting one of our lines first, or by saying yes when our AI phone assistant asks during a call whether it may text you. The assistant asks this as a yes or no question, and no text is sent if you say no or do not answer. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and requests. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or email sam@recepta.ai.

6. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
